Meditation - One mind connection
We listened to a CE5 mediation narrated by Dr. Stephen Greer YouTube which was about 17 mins of speaking and 13 mins of music afterwards.

There’s a spectrum of contact
Intention:
We requested a signal that that will indicate we have made a connection. We thought hard about this, there was a moth flying around the room so we thought perhaps the moth, but it may be too obvious. JBK proposed an image of “the eye of the storm” or rays of bright light emanating from the clouds in a dramatic way, and it had to happen either materially or immaterially such as dreams during the time that JBK was still in Scotland so that gave us about 3 days.
After thoughts:
Had a visualization during the mediation of a painting that I can’t identify at this moment (sailboat/storm).
The guided mediation mentioned a lot of love and light and imaging the earth from space and what our solar system looks like. I pictured mainly what seen in films and NASA images circulating on the internet.
I think that maybe we would be better at creating our own CE5 guided meditation. I think there’s a lot of different ways we can approach this.
JBK told a story about our creation the big band and oneness that I think maybe appropriate to create a kind of empathy with ETs.
Been thinking about what the payoff is for the aliens to make contact with us.
This technique is very new age almost hokey but makes a lot of sense that connecting mentally would be the way to go.
